2006 REUNION DATES AND LOCATION SET

We have secured our dates for next year, June 8th,9th and 10th at the newly remodeled Plaza hotel and casino, in downtown Las Vegas. We were there in 2003 and 2004. It proved to be very popular with meny members because the location is with in a short walk to several other casino's and the Fremont Street Experience, a spectacular light show every half hour after dark. Those who attended in those years know that we take over the entire second floor and the 21,000 square foot convention center. Once again we will have our nostalgia fair, the wrestling seminar with Les Thatcher, Harley Race and Scott Casey and who knows who else.Plus the fun Friday night event and the Banquet and awards on Saturday. Three full days for only $75.00, including a fantastic dinner on Saturday.

The Plaza has given us good rates $59.00 Sunday thru Thursay and $79.00 on Friday and Saturday. You can make your reservations now if you want, we have blocked 100 rooms for each night Wednesday, for the wrestlers coming in a day early for the seminar, Thursday, Friday and 150 for Saturday, We need to reach this goal to receive all the convention space with out charge. When booking your room say your with the CAULIFLOWER ALLEY CLUB or the hotel code PCULFLR, either way will get you the rates and most important into the tower where we all will be, directly above the area where all the events are going on, means a short walk to everthing. The toll free number is 1-800-634-6575. Please plan to stay at the Plaza and assure the club of another successful reunion. Watch the web site for constant updates and a 2006 section listing the honorees and members attending as they sign up.

Greg Oliver has aanother winner

We do not usually promote a item here on the web site, other then in a link to a item,Butlast week I received a copy of the new book Hall of Fame Tag Teams by Greg Oliver and Steve Johnson. This is not a biography or story or someones opinion about wrestling, but a book full of memories and photos and I guess every tag team that ever worked for any amount of time as a team. I tried to think of one that they missed, and just could not. We are talking from the 50's to today, just a lot of history and plain facts. It's 293 pages of just good reading and memories. My only complain is that Greg and Steve did not autograph it for me, but will get it signed next June in Vegas. You can preview it and order it from their web site www.slam.highspots.com or e mail Greg at gregmep@sympatico.ca Greg does the Slam wrestling site from Canada and also works with the CAC in providing us with some of the RIP section here on our site. Thanks Greg and Steve for another great informative book and your dedication to the Cauliflower Alley.
