Reggie Lisowski known the world over as THE CRUSHER, passed away on Saturday October 22,2005. Born on July 11th, 1928, he was 77 years old. Dawn Lisowski, Reggie's daughter called the club today to let us know. She said that her dad loved his time in the CAC and would frequently talk about his induction to the CAC honoree roll in Las Vegas.
The name Crusher became known all over the world and when he teamed with The Bruiser, the team of The Crusher and The Bruiser set the standards for years to come.
Countless young wrestlers called themselfs Crusher or Bruiser, but the was only one true CRUSHER, the man who made Milwaukee famous...REGGIE LISOWSKI He will be missed by all that knew him, a true pioneer in the world of professional wrestling.
A wake will be held in his home town of South Milwaukee on Thursday October 27th at the Molthen-Bell Funeral Home, 700 Milwaukee Ave in South Milwaukee. The funeral will be on Friday the 28th. More details can be found by calling the funeral home.
